Throughout the year, we contribute to and serve our local community both financially and with your time, talent and prayers. There are two organizations in particular who we are proud to adopt and serve on a regular basis and these include:
Coalition for the Homeless (www.centralfloridahomeless.org)
For more than 15 years, the Coalition has been providing services for the homeless in central Florida. They include struggling men, women, children and their families who need training, counseling and other support to stabilize their lives. On the second Monday each month, a group of volunteers prepares and serves a meal to women and children at the Coalition. Harbor House
Harbor House is the Orange County safe home for adults and children who are victims of domestic violence. CCU supports the efforts of this organization through contributions and community awareness. For volunteer opportunities, please call (407) 886 - 2244.
